At Tekle & Co. LLC, customer satisfaction is a priority — but due to the customized and limited nature of many of our products and services, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, exchanges, or credits may or may not be issued.
By making a purchase through our site or service, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. No Refunds on Custom or Digital Work
Due to the time, design effort, and planning involved, we do not offer refunds on the following:

Custom flyer or branding design

Digital or downloadable artwork

Personalized balloon installations

Commissioned paintings or illustrations

Business consulting or startup services
Once work has begun, your payment is non-refundable.

2. Physical Products and Resale Items
For resale items (such as collectibles or merchandise), refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

You contact us within 3 days of delivery

The item arrived damaged or defective (must include photo evidence)

The item is returned in its original condition and packaging within 7 days
If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Event-Based or In-Person Services
If you book a service (e.g., balloon décor, vendor booth setup), deposits are non-refundable unless you cancel at least 72 hours in advance.
In the case of cancellation due to weather, emergency, or vendor-related issues, a credit or rescheduling option may be provided at our discretion.

4. Late or Missing Refunds
If a refund is approved, please allow 5–7 business days for the transaction to process. If you haven’t received your refund after that time:
