1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Custom orders (such as artwork, flyers, or balloon kits) may require additional production time. If applicable, this will be clearly communicated before purchase.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once it ships.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer domestic shipping across the U.S. via USPS, UPS, or other reliable carriers. Estimated delivery times after shipment:

Priority Shipping 2–3 business days

Express Shipping (if offered)1–2 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, carrier delays, or weather events.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions — these will be advertised clearly on the website when active.

4. Local Pickup / Drop-Off

(Houston, TX Only)

We may offer local pickup or drop-off in the Houston area for certain products, such as balloon decor or art pieces. This will be coordinated via email after checkout.

5. International Shipping

At this time, Tekle & Co. LLC does not offer international shipping. We hope to expand this service in the near future.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days with photos of the product and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.

Tekle & Co. LLC is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

  • Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered​
