3. Payments and Orders
All services and products must be paid for in full at the time of booking or purchase unless a written agreement is made. We accept payment via Zelle, QuickBooks, Square, and other authorized platforms.
Due to the custom nature of our work (e.g., flyer designs, balloon setups, art pieces), all sales are final once work begins. If a cancellation is requested within 24 hours of booking and before any work has started, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

All designs, images, digital art, and written content created by Tekle & Co. LLC (including the Janky Jiraffes series) are the exclusive intellectual property of Tekle & Co. LLC and may not be copied, resold, or reproduced without written permission. Purchasing a product or service does not grant you ownership of the design rights.
